Bring on 2012!
Seniors are breathing a bit easier with applications already submitted to the colleges of their choice. We should be in full financial aid mode by now. On January 1st the FAFSA became available for Seniors and their parents to fill out. If you have not already done so, please visit www.fafsa.ed.gov to apply for a PIN. (Click onto the More Info... tab above for information regarding financial aid).
At the start of the Spring semester the College Office will begin the college planning process with the Juniors. This will include workshops on how to navigate through Naviance (our college planning software), choosing colleges, and more. Kudos to students who have already taken the SAT exam in December 2011 and for those who have registered to take the exam in January and March . If you have not done so yet, please visit www.collegeboard.org to register for your SAT exams. It is best to schedule for these exams before your senior year.
